FAQs
What is the Age Restriction for live events?
- All our events are 18+
- We operate a strict Think 25 policy at the point of admission, as well as the bar.
- A valid form of photographic ID (such as a passport or driving licence) must be provided, otherwise entry to the venue will be refused.
- Photocopies or screenshots of ID are not accepted.
Can I buy physical tickets at the shop / venue?
- We unfortunately do not offer physical tickets at this moment in time.
- Advanced tickets are available for purchase on this website under the ‘Events’ section.
- We are more than happy to assist where we can but please note that we cannot process payments over the phone.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
- Yes you can, unless an event has sold out. Please check our social media for the latest updates, or our website’s event page.
- We accept cash and card payments on the door.
- Just so you know, buying on the door is generally more expensive, so get your ticket in advance wherever possible!
An event I want to go to is sold out, what can I do?
- There is an option to join a waiting list via our ticket shop, which automatically notifies you if any further tickets become available.
- Get in touch with us on the day in case of any last minute cancellations, you never know!
What is the access to the venue like?
- The venue is situated above our music shop, so there are a few stairs to climb. Approx 10 steps in total, equipped with a handrail.
Will seating be available?
This is unfortunately not a simple answer, as it depends on the event in question:- For events that are anticipated to have an attendance of 150 or less, tables and chairs will be available.
- For events that are anticipated or are confirmed to exceed 150, we have to remove some or all of the tables and chairs to ease congestion and to adhere to strict fire evacuation regulations. A limited amount of barstools will always be available, regardless of attendance levels.
- Get in touch and we can monitor ticket sales and give you a definite answer as soon as we possibly can.
How else can we help?
- Priority access: Skip the queue and have early access to the venue before the doors open.
- Reserve seating: prebook tables, chairs and bar stools with us (when available).
- Carer’s tickets: bring your carer with you, free of charge. All that we ask is for your carer to bring their ID, such as a carer’s passport.
